I've been relapsing into the "excessive daytime sleepiness" lately, despite fairly regular 8+ hour nights. Maybe it's the TAing, maybe it's the malaise.... who knows. Anyway, here's a great instructional pamphlet for you to enjoy. Brad and Jeff- I think you can get a lot out of this. I'll post the translation later, for now just appreciate it for what it is.
