I've started buying local organic dairy and eggs (so expensive) and trying to avoid pre-washed and bagged salads and veggies. I can't wait for the farmer's market to come back. Damn you Michael Pollan! I still love high fructose corn syrup though.
Carcass on Sunday. The show is somewhere a little south of Chicago. Glad I'm not driving, it's going to be a long day.
